An extensively experienced Board adviser, corporate governance professional, and executive coach, working with Chairs, Chief Executives, directors, and senior leaders.
Charlie has led legal and international technology teams. His experience spans governance, risk, regulation, organisational development, and technology: different perspectives on the consequential questions leaders face.
Information is essential to Board work. The question is what it can reasonably support, where its limitations lie, and what judgement remains necessary.

Charlie holds postgraduate qualifications in digital technology and AI. He is qualified in Nancy Kline’s Thinking Environment and as a Gallup CliftonStrengths Executive Coach.
