Privacy Notice
This website is informational. PRAXIA.CH Ltd collects personal information only where a visitor chooses to submit an enquiry.
Who is responsible
PRAXIA.CH Ltd is responsible for the information collected through this website.
For a privacy question, write to PRAXIA.CH Ltd at its registered office, or use the enquiry form on this website, stating that the message concerns privacy.
Information collected
The enquiry form may collect:
- name;
- role;
- organisation;
- work email address;
- the Board question or matter described.
When an enquiry is submitted, the service that operates this website also records a one way fingerprint derived from the sending network address. This is used only to limit repeated or abusive submissions. The originating address itself is not stored.
The hosting and security services that deliver this website may record technical information such as request logs in the ordinary course of operating the service.
Purpose
PRAXIA.CH Ltd uses the information provided to:
- consider and respond to the enquiry;
- arrange a requested discussion;
- maintain an appropriate record of the exchange;
- protect the website and the enquiry process from misuse.
Enquiry information is not used for marketing communication. No visitor is added to a mailing list, and no enquiry is used for any unrelated purpose.
Enquiry chat
The enquiry chat on this website answers questions from published guidance about ReiTrace®, using an automated assistant. Its answers are general information, not advice, and they do not form part of any agreement.
The messages exchanged in a chat are stored privately with a random reference held in the visitor’s browser, so the conversation can continue if the page is reopened. No name or email address is required to use the chat.
Where the assistant cannot answer with confidence, or a visitor asks to speak to a person, the recent messages are sent through the Telegram messaging service to PRAXIA.CH Ltd, so that a member of the team can reply within the chat.
Chat messages are used for the purposes set out below and retained on the same basis as enquiries. Please do not include confidential Board papers or personal information about other people.
Lawful basis
PRAXIA.CH Ltd relies on two lawful bases, according to purpose:
- taking steps, at the enquirer's request, before entering into a contract: considering the enquiry, arranging a scoping discussion, and agreeing any engagement;
- legitimate interests: keeping an appropriate record of the exchange and protecting the website and the enquiry process from misuse.
Submitting the enquiry form is not treated as consent to any use beyond these purposes.
Retention
Enquiry information, including the one way fingerprint recorded with it, is retained for seven years and then deleted.
Recipients and processors
Enquiry information is stored in the managed hosting and database platform used to operate this website. It is not sold, and it is not shared with any third party for marketing.
When an enquiry is received, its contents are sent as a notification through the Telegram messaging service to PRAXIA.CH Ltd, so that it can be read promptly.
No separate email marketing platform, advertising network, or analytics provider is used by this website.
International processing
Information submitted through this website is processed in the United Kingdom.
Individual rights
In relation to this processing, an individual may ask PRAXIA.CH Ltd to:
- confirm what information is held and provide a copy of it;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete information that is no longer needed;
- restrict or object to the processing;
- provide the information in a portable form, where that right applies.
Requests can be made through the enquiry route described above.
Complaints
Anyone with a concern about how their information has been handled may raise it with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
